The Sanborn-Pekin Free Library has a large collection of print material available for loan including books, newspapers and a number of magazines as well as movies on DVD, audiobooks and CDs. Please stop in and get your library card today.

Print Media

We offer a collection of reading materials for all ages of readers and in a number of genre right at our Sanborn location.

In addition to what is available at our library, patrons can access thousands of other titles through Interlibrary Loan in the Nioga system.

Movies on DVD, CDs

Popular movie titles on DVD can also be taken out and enjoyed at home. We have New Arrivals coming in frequently and patrons can check out multiple movies on DVD with their library card.

Some movies on DVD can also be enjoyed through Interlibrary Loan. We will call you when a title that you have requested has arrived at our library.

WiFi, Computer Workstations, Copy, Fax Service

There is free WiFi at the Sanborn-Pekin Free Library as well as a number of computer workstations for our patrons. It's the perfect spot to read the news online or to download the latest update on your phone.

Computers for Patrons

Patrons can use any one of our computers at the library. They have the most popular software so projects and papers are easy to complete at the library.

Whether it's researching your latest purchase, checking your email online or using your own device and our WiFi, the library is the place to be.

Copy & Fax Services

The Sanborn-Pekin Free Library offers copy service for our patrons. Bring in your items that need to be copied and that can be done for a nominal fee.

Need to send a fax and don't have a fax maching anymore? There are times that you do need to fax, and the library has a fax machine for patron use for a nominal fee.

Electronic Services - Hoopla, Overdrive, RBdigital, Catalog Search & Hold

Download books, magazines, audiobooks, music albums, comic books, and more using our electronic servcies. Read them on your computer or devices at home or away using these electronic services offered to patrons through the Nioga Library System.
